Description:
Hospitality, the clue is in the name! Be hospitable. Back in the days, a captain would spear a pineapple on a fence post outside his home to let his friends know of his safe return from sea. The pineapple was an invitation for them to visit, share his food and drink, and listen to tales of his voyage. The pineapple became the symbol of hospitality and gracious hosting.

HALL OF FAME

Description:
We are all standing on the shoulders of giants.
People who shaped our industry into what it is now. Some of them retired , Some of them sitting at the great bar in the sky. Some of them still doing their thing here today. Not only bartenders, but researchers, brand ambassadors and industry professionals. All with 1 goal: to make are industry shine. Of course we have our international Giants: Gary Regan, Ada Coleman, Dick Bradsell, Henry Besant, Ago Perone, Audrey Saunders & Monica Berg   to name a few. But we also have our local giants. And to celebrate those heroes, ISAAC created in 2015 the Cocktail Hall Of Fame. Previously inducted into the Cocktail Hall of Fame were:  Ingmar Voerman,  Ricardo Sporkslede, Arno van Eijmeren and Timo Janse. This year we’re going to add another giant to the Cocktail Hall of Fame. This bartender will receive the Golden Bowtie to celebrate their contribution to the bartender industry.
